Cabin interior and aircraft exterior painting

Our high-spec spray booths in Leeds and Manchester provide the controlled environment to ensure surface coatings can be applied in accordance with the required specifications, whilst controlling hazardous materials, and preventing debris or dust compromising quality.


The large spray booths can accommodate large components such as flying control surfaces, cowlings, winglets etc. and large batches of smaller items such as sets of sidewalls, overhead bins, ceiling panels shrouds, galley modules and carts etc.

Seat Overhaul & Repair

Our experienced team of seat fitters can service/repair many types of passenger seats (Weber, Recaro, Avio, ACRO, Sigma) at our CAA approved component repair facilities.


Our services include inspections, deep clean, repairs, overhauls, resprays as required and incorporation of service bulletins and modifications, work is released to service on a UK CAA Form 1. Coupled with our storage facility, we can provide a roll-on-roll-off service to support your seat inventory management.

Flight Controls

Jetglow has the the capability to carry out repairs, modifications and balancing to elevators, aileron, rudders, spoilers, slats and flaps. We do this on wing or in our workshops in Manchester depending on the requirement of the customer.

Catering Equipment Overhaul

Jetglow have extensive experience in carrying out maintenance of galley carts and inflight food service equipment – trolleys, carrying boxes, drawers and galley inserts.


Typically, this might include, the servicing or replacement of castors, 90° lock handles / latches, repairs of dents, , laminates etc. restoration of painted surfaces as required, and replacement of decals, and corporate branding.


We have wide experience in maintaining trolley equipment from Driessen, Lacobucci, Korita, Norduyn,  and Safran.  


In addition, we are can provide the storage of catering equipment, to help support a roll-on-roll-off inventory management programme for our customers.

On wing hot bonding repairs

Our composite technicians have the appropriate training, skills, tooling and resource to provide all the technical repair assistance on your aircraft.  Using our hot-bonding machines and tooling we are able to provide heat-mat and thermocouple control with vacuum operational pressure application where your aircraft is located.

Livery Removal and Application

Jetglow can provide an  experienced team of highly competent Decal Fitters, that can be dispatched at short notice to any location in the UK or beyond to remove and apply exterior or interior livery/branding directly on the aircraft.


This decal replacement service can be supported by our Part 21G Decal manufacturing service in collaboration with the relevant Part 21J Design authority, decals can be manufactured on an AOG basis.

Doors/Hatches

We offer full overhaul and repair capabilities on ATR, ERJ, Boeing, Airbus aircraft using specialist tooling in house apply all relevant SB/AD requirements.


We carry out all structural repairs and re-skinning to Cargo Doors, Entry and Service Doors.

Composite Repair

With our composite repair shops, experienced composite repair fitters, and hot-bonder equipment, we can carry out most types of composite repairs to most components covered by our C-Ratings.


Typically, carrying out repairs to flying control surfaces, nacelles, fairings, leading edges, floorboards, cabin partitions etc. to  SRM/CMM or custom-made Part 21J repair schemes where the damage falls outside of allowable limits. Where required, Jetglow can engage with our 21J Design Org partners.


Where the technical data permits, we can respond to our customer’s operational needs by sending an experienced fully equipped on-wing repair team to our customers’ site, UK and beyond.

Structures

Working to CMM/SRM requirements, or an enhanced Part 21J repair scheme, Jetglow’s C20 Rating approval permits Jetglow to perform Part 145 certified repairs on a large range of structural aircraft components.


With its highly skilled sheet metal workers / composite repair team, and superbly well-equipped workshop, Jetglow’s Manchester facility is perfectly provisioned to carry out high quality structural repairs, to a wide range of metallic and non-metallic aircraft components
